2nd Saturday South Willamette Art Walk: Saturday Sept. 8th

Come out and celebrate the vibrant neighborhood of South Willamette! Stop by your favorite places to check out the art, print T-shirts, taste wine, and listen to live music.

Village Health (2868 Willamette) 1-4 pm: Open House Feathuring the works of artists Tammy Morley, Robin Bennett, Don Prey and Maureen Campbell.

Arriving By Bike (2705 Willamette) 2-4 pm: T-shirt painting workshop- come get your bike paint on! We have some free shirts and so many fun colors and bike prints!

Capella Market (2489 Willamette) 4-6 pm: Wine tasting and art from Farley Craig.

Tsunami Book Store (2585 Willamette) 4-5:30 pm: Poetry reading “Before There is Nowhere to Stand: Palestine/Israel: Poets respond to the Struggle” and also enjoy the works of Mara Friedman and George Hitchcock on display.

Marina’s Art Studio (2650 Willamette) 4-8:30 pm: Children’s Art Contest, opening reception and presentation of awards at 5:30.

Turtles Restaurant (2690 Willamette) 7 pm: Featuring works of Mac Barger, and live music from Tyler Matthew Smith.

Tsunami Book Store (2585 Willamette) 8 pm: Theater production “Changes” from the Actors Table Company (donations encouraged).
